Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid plans for HeyCompetitor and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1.1 General rule

Purchases are final and non-refundable regardless of account usage, except as described in Section 1.3 or as required by law.

1.2 Digital content and withdrawal

By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately upon payment. You expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any applicable statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

1.3 Duplicate charges and billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged twice, contact us and we will investigate. If confirmed, we will issue a correction or refund as appropriate.

1.4 How to request a refund

Include:

  1. Account email.

  2. Plan purchased.

  3. Date of charge.

  4. Reason for request.

1.5 Usage and user errors

We do not offer refunds, credits, or search reinstatements for usage resulting from user errors, including but not limited to typos in submitted URLs, incorrect domain extensions, or the submission of unintended Content. Each submission constitutes a consumed unit of service.

1.6 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account during the dispute process. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
